Now one of the world’s largest business services companies, a new team has been created to help their clients’ businesses become more customer-centric. Their unique approach leverages extensive expertise in sales force promotion, marketing analytics & campaign planning to deliver a fully integrated customer-centric promotion plan that integrates sales and marketing. A new opportunity exists for a Consultant to be based in the London office, with travel to client sites throughout Europe.
  • Primary Duties As a member of the Customer Centric Marketing team you will help grow the practice by: § Applying your experience of CRM, campaign management, social media & digital solutions/techniques to help clients achieve their goals § Creating written communications for them in a variety of media (reports, slide packs) § Taking part in and leading activities (workshops, meetings, research, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, solution design) as part of client projects § Participating in business development activity (developing bids, writing responses to tender invitations, presenting at pitches) and taking part in marketing activity § Participating in internal development activity (training, mentoring, organising events) § Conducting research into new topics of interest, developing thought leadership that is relevant and valuable for clients § Leading work streams within larger programs of work § Shaping and influencing projects using expertise and experience § Working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary environments for project delivery
  • Qualifications In order to meet the challenges of this role, you should be a pharmaceutical marketeer with previous previous consultancy experience working in a project-based environment, liaising with customers throughout the entire solution delivery lifecycle. You should also be highly motivated with a passion for digital marketing & technology, and the determination for self development. You should demonstrate excellent verbal/written communication skills including writing marketing material & tender documents, as well as excellent attention to detail to deliver high quality work. A strong team player you enjoy working with others to solve problems and share knowledge. Personal qualities will include tact, diplomacy & cultural sensitivity. You must be fluent in English with the legal right to work in the EU, and a second language would be advantageous as there is opportunity for travel to client sites in Europe.
